Focus on your attacker, slowly stare him down, dominating his every fiber. You must train your legs to be ready for any situation and prepare that you might be sneakily attacked from behind or your sides. Shape those legs, for one of your best in-built tools are strong and muscly legs, that keep your equilibrium and defend you. A good defense is much like a smooth dance, swift and elegant.
