I start out for 60 seconds wearing shoes and socks. I sit straight up and down with my legs extended straight out in front of me displaying the soles of your shoes on the table for about a minute, no longer. Then remove my socks with my fingers. Next, I extend my legs straight out on the table displaying my soles. Finally, I film plenty of ankle crossing, toe wiggling, and soles side by side straight up and down for 9 minutes. I Always have my soles and face on the camera at the same time
