This set is alot of leg work less the arms. Moving grooving just to bump up my heart rate. Cardio building endurance for longer work outs. This is a more advanced cardio, less swingy dance moves. I get over heated sweaty and out of breath much quicker than usual on this one. Feels good but wears me down. 20lbs over weight. 360 degree turning to have full body all views front back and sides.
