Here's a peak at my upper body workout. After making this, I'd like to film my entire workout and post it for free. Warning: If you're going to box with weights like I did, please be careful. I'm still learning how to do this and I often throw my punch too fast, as shown in the video. My shoulder was sore the next day but it could've been worst. Slow and controlled is the way to go! Because I know someone will ask: I progressive overload my weights. Most reps on the lightest weight, least on the heaviest. I do the same exercise three times in a row and increase the weight, I prefer this over circuiting my exercises. In the video I only used my lightest weight (10lbs) for filming purposes.
