Quick stretch to warm up and then I get right to my Atomic wedgie workout: 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 Burpees, 20 Squats, 20 Lunges (10 on each side) ALL while in atomic wedgies! PLUS I do 10 more Squats in a Frontal Atomic Wedgie! I end the video with an attempt at a jock lock atomic wedgie that has me squirming all over the floor and some quick stretches to try to cool down while still atomic wedgied all the way down over my chin!
