I decided to try a chair workout to see how difficult it would be. I gotta say I was really surprised at how hard of a time I was having. Not only was I so uncoordinated I couldn't do these simple moves, I couldn't even keep up with them! The simplest moves were making me out of breath. And I was sitting down! I knew I was out of shape, but I didn't know I was this badly out of shape. Oh well, no point in trying to change anything now. Now to do my favorite chair exercise, eating!
