Using a q-tip I tickle the inside of my nose to make myself sneeze, but right before I'm about to let the sneeze out I pinch my nose, keeping my sneeze tiny and quiet. I repeat this over and over, tickling up inside my nostril myself to sneeze and then stifling them just at the last second. I begin to sound a bit stuffy since I'm not letting my sneezes out but I keep stifling them until the very last sneeze when I finally let a super big and loud sneeze out!!
