Sydney is one of the customer service agents at a large telecom company. Ever since the company has offered camera support services for their customer service team, there has been an increase in calls to the agents. Today, you call in to get help on your internet service. Sydney seems to be pretty helpful at first but as the call progresses she gets more and more abrasive and loses her patience with you. You weren't expecting to be humiliated on this call but watching Sydney's demeanor helps make the experience less painful.
