Susan is in the hospital for heart checks. After a quick visit, the doctor leaves her alone in her room, while her ECG continues to monitor and record her heart rate. Susan finds the monitor fascinating and especially wants the defibrillator pads. The girl grabs them, sprinkles them with gel and rests them on her chest, unloading her. Her discharge is fun, exciting, so she keeps using the plates on her chest. The discharge is too strong and the fluctuations become more and more irregular. Her heart starts beating irregularly. The last discharge is the strongest and creates an arrhythmia that immediately brings the girl into cardiac arrest. Susan collapses on the cot. When the doctors return, Susan is pulseless, her heart fluttering. Resuscitation, chest compressions, defibrillator and AMBU maneuvers begin.
