You fan yourself with paper as you try and cool down. You are struggling to breath because it is so hot. It has been a very stressful day and you can feel tightness on your chest from all the stress. You rub your chest and cough, struggling for air. You get up and walk around the classroom a little trying to cool down and catch your breath. Another teacher calls you and asks you questions about school. You talk for a little bit, but you are really struggling to talk and get a breath. They ask if you are ok, and you say yes, but you are just very stressed. You hang up and sit at your desk again. The room is spinning and you are dizzy. You are trying to read the papers but you are having a hard time. You keep clutching your chest and gasping for air. You try and unbutton your shirt a little bit, but it doesn't help You decide to pack up your stuff and head home. As you stand up with your bag a huge wave of pain hits your chest. You can't breath. You fall to your knees and are gasping for breath. You hear someone in the hallway and try and call their name but you are struggling. You try and crawl to the door but you are feeling weak. After a few feet you stop and sit on your knees again gasping for air. You cry out for help and say you can't breath. You are grasping your chest and gasping for. You fall on your back on the ground clutching you chest.
