Welcome back to my leg self defense class! Today we'll further talk of the many ways that legs, feet, calves and muscular thighs can save and defend us. Using your hands and arms to defend your face and your upper body, be watchful of your opponent. The legs can move freely whilst you keep an eye on your attacker. Next, use those legs aiming as high as you can and if all else fails, target the balls. Defend your face, step down on your enemy's shins and go bust those balls! Finally kick back, give a look of pity to your enemy lying underneath and scissor between those shapely thighs.
