Dexter is by himself when Karly and Morgana enter the room, complaining about how Dexter has been breathing so loudly and making so much noise with his mouth- the girls are here to put a stop to it once and for all! As one of them smo thers his mouth with her hand and the other girl pinches his nose, making the loud obnoxious breathing cut right off. Dexter is struggling to breathe with the girls smo thering his face, as the girls start to tease him and are laughing at how much Dexter is struggling, and happy that they don't have to hear him breathe. The girls keep playing with him, letting him get a breath sometimes to give him hope that he is going to make it through this, until they grab him all over again, making him suffer to correct his bad breathing habits by not letting him breathe at all, maybe not ever again.
