Evelyn arrives in the ER after having suffered a cardiac arrest at home. During the ambulance transport she had a second heart attack, so she enters the hospital already in asystole. The doctor is on top of her as she tries to restart her heart with her CPR, without success. The maneuvers go on for a few minutes, until her heart has a shockable rhythm. The discharges, however, create a new asystole and the doctors have to intubate the girl. Resuscitation continues with Evely completely naked on the emergency room bed. Her heart goes into fibrillation again and the defibrillator discharges follow one another, alternating with the doctor's deep compressions.
