I'm very used to getting my male clients to do whatever I want. I'm super confident I have this newest sucker eating out of the palm of my hand, and he is ready to close on the property I'm showing at WAY over market price. Unfortunately, this guy does whatever his magic 8 ball tells him to do. What? REALLY? Ugh..
