Tied up and into labor

Sophia is pregnant, VERY pregnant. Worst of all, she finds herself in a tricky situation... She has been tied up to a chair by her captors with her protruding 9-month-old belly and is very near her due date ... She pleads and begs her captors for mercy but they refuse. To make things worse, in the struggle, her water breaks and will have to again manage to give birth in these harsh conditions.... HEE HEE HOO! HEE HEE HOO!! OH GOD! it's coming!
