I walk into the room and smell something stinky. Your face turns bright red when I realize the stinky smell is coming from your bottom. Out of all the bottoms I change, yours is always the stinkiest. Your mess is so stinky, I have to put on a medical mask and gloves. As I'm teasing you in a loving way about what a messy bottom you have, I notice you getting excited. After cleaning you up, I decide to reward you for being such a good little stinker during your diaper change. Once you're in a fresh diaper, I pull you close to my breast and encourage you to suckle. A few hours later, I walk back into the room and smell your dirty diaper once again! And of course you get another reward for being the stinkiest little one.
