Dr. James is worried about the anxiety her patient Danny has been experiencing . So much so, she volunteers a special treatment. It goes back to basics and allows Dr. James to get on the same level with Danny. The next week, Danny finds herself being diapered her Dr. James, who also is wearing a diaper. Still seeing that her patient is fussy, Dr. James decides to nurse Danny, reminding her of how cute she is in her new diapers.
