"Your workout videos are the best!I have a few ideas that can help you take your workout videos to a whole new level.Jumping jacks is obviously one of the first exercises that comes to mind for bouncing, the only problem with that is it is up to the individual as to whether it becomes a high impact or a low impact exercise. Some girls turn jumping jacks into a low impact exercise by just barely getting their feet off the ground or not at all. For that reason I'm going to give you some cues(specific instructions to you perform better) that will lead to a better result.If bouncing is what we're trying to accomplish (and it is) then jumping jacks, jumping on a trampoline and jumping rope is what comes to mind for most people but those can all be performed in a way in which they are pretty low impact. My go to for awesome bouncing is the high knees run in place exercise. If performed correctly it is will result in the best bouncing effect BY FAR. With all of that being said I would like to see you do a 5 minute video (probably titled something like"rough bouncing high knees exercise part2".*I would like to see you perform 5 sets of high knees sprinting exercise.Each set should last only about 10 seconds because you will be sprinting in place while bringing your knees up to your bellybutton level while also keeping your arms up with your hands behind your head. *I realize that this will be very uncomfortable and maybe even painful.I am not one that takes pleasure in causing pain so if you absolutely can't then you can do it with your sports bra on.I have a few other ideas but I would like to see you perfect this one first. I would also like to see you twirl your boobs in a circle in which they go the same direction and come up in front of your face while standing upright . Thank you!"
