[09-2021] Pregnant Candy is in hospital with CA during pregnancy. She is hooked up to a 3 lead heart monitor with 3 leads, Pulse Oximeter, BP cuff, etc. She gasps for air and calls for the nurses who provide an O2 mask. They checks her vitals and give her something to feel better. Just before they leave the room, Candy starts heavily gasping for air again and the med team must proceeds to start CPR, They ambu bag her and perform a pregnant patient resuscitation Routine. They places a bolster under her right back and start CPR. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response after the first cycle. The med ream continues the resuscitation. They intubate the patient with an ET tube and fix it with bands. They perform more cycles of the resus until the patient’s pulse back to a normal rhythm.
