Secretary heart pains As i sit across from you we are working on a project, you see me shifting in my seat, grabbing my chest and hear my breathing get heavy. You ask if im ok and i say im fine at first but as we progress into the project i dont feel well and grip my chest tighter as my shoe dangles through out i feel faint and weak. You ask if you should call for help. I say no trying to push through but end up on the floor where my shoes fall off my feet.
