[09-2021] Amy the cheerleader’s dramatic clip continues with all the procedures and equipment you could wish for! Amy is breathing heavily on the floor while the paramed team monitors her with a 12 lead ECG exam. Soon they determine CPR on the patient is required. They remove more chest electrodes and start CPR with strong chest compressions. Very soon they switch to using the ResQCPR Pump on her. The compressions are deep, strong, and dramatic. The defibrillator charges but there is no response following the first round using manual paddles with 3M defib pads. The CPR continues and they perform many more cycles of CPR and defib with the paddles and ambu bagging. Then they intubate the patient and continue with resus. They cut off the patient’s pants and check her femoral pulse. After more unsuccessful cycles the med team places the AED pads onto her chest and uses the defibrillator for a few more rounds. There is still no response. They continue CPR with deep and strong chest compressions and prep the Lucas CPR machine. When the setup is done, the patient’s pulse returns to normal rhythm again. They produce more reflex breathing, and the med team inserts a Mayo Pipe besides the ET tube. Her breathing is spontaneous, and she is ready for transport. The stretcher is ready, and they lift the patient onto it and wait for the ambulance. When it has arrived they lift the stretcher up with the patient on it and roll her to the awaiting ambulance (off camera). A must-see exciting video with all the bells and whistles! Including gasping, reflex breathings, feet shots, nude patient, stretcher. A very realistic and exciting on location resus clip! For all resus fans, especially for realism and on location resus fans.
