[08-2021] Casey is in her hospital room in a hospital gown with BP cuff, and 7 leads of ECG. She starts gasping for air. The med team steths her vitals. They place an O2 mask onto her face and prep her for cardioversion treatment. 3M defib pads placed while the patient is in a seated position but there is no response after the first round of defib. Following the second one the patient's pulse returns to normal. Soon her heart rate shoots up over 200. She gasps for air and has irregular breathing. The med team tries to cardiovert her with fist punches but with no response. Casey breathes reflexively and relapses. The med team starts CPR immediately first in a sitting position then they set the bed horizontally and pull down the patient's gown. A long and dramatic resus scene begins with deep and strong chest compressions, defibrillation's, multiple relapses and a CPR board. Following many cycles the patient's pulse returns to normal rhythm.
