[12/07/22] A dramatic resus procedure continues on Veronica with the Lucas CPR machine compressing her chest. During the Lucas performance the paramedic continuously ambu bags her thru the IV tube. The med team stops the compressions, and the AED is charged and used. This is successful, and the patient's pulse returns to sinus again and looks stable. The paraded calls for the stretcher. They remove the Lucas machine and check the patient's vitals again. The patient has a 7 lead ECG, BP cuff, and AED pads on the intubated patient. The med team keeps her breathings with continuous ambu bagging. The stretcher is ready, and the med team elevates the patient onto it and hooks her up to the respirator, inserting a Mayo pipe beside the ET tube. They cover her and are ready for hospital transport. Suddenly the patient's ECG flatlines again, the med team starts CPR immediately with a single hand CPR action. They perform strong chest compressions. They also remove the AED pads and use the manual defib paddles but no with responses. They produce a few more cycles of resus until the patient's pulse returns to normal rhythm and is once again ready for transport. An exciting story continues in this final episode with and Intubated patient, ambu bagging, CPR with Lucas CPR machine, manual one hand CPR, defibrillations, resus on stretcher. A graphic and realistic clip for all resus fan. A must see clip for Paramed on location fans. (FDC) (in HD 1920X1080) - OPandER
