Balcony Smoke with Hope Harper

I found this place downtown, the view is great. Not too loud and not too far from everything...just right. What I love about my new place is I can go out on the balcony and smoke and take in the view. I see two other buildings, each filled with people in each unit. I look out at them...I wonder if they are looking out at me while I smoke? Are you one of them watching me? If so I think its hot
