I am visiting my friend after a 3 week vacation cruise, sporting a big oversize coat to hide my excessive weight gain, but my friend demands i remove my coat , suspicious that i am wearing a big winter coat in summer. I have no choice but to reveal my copious amount of weight gain , my big belly bulging out of a shrunken looking top and jeans that are unbuttoned & unzipped. I explain to my friend how i got this way over just 3 week abroad, and take weight measurements , comparing to my pre-holiday weight / waist size! I will go on a diet , soon , i swear!
