Robert Heart Attack in ER CPR, DEFIB

Robert has suffered a heart attack and is in the emergency room. The doctors are visiting him when his situation worsens. He's breathing hard, electrodes are applied to him, and his heart is revealed to be in arrhythmia. In no time he goes into cardiac arrest. CPR maneuvers begin immediately, chest compressions and AMBU, until his chest is uncovered and various defibrillator shocks are administered. Despite the efforts of the doctors, the heartbeat does not return and his heart goes into asystole. The procedures continue, the Guedel cannula is inserted to protect the airways, until the rhythm is again shockable.
