The thing with new years resolutions is people tend to bite off way more than they can chew…They create an entire new persona in their head that they think they can step into just because the date has changed. Did you set “healthy” goals for yourself this year? Finally get back into the gym….keep a savings account….maybe quit your crippling porn and findom addiction? And yet…here we are. Maybe you’re cutting yourself some slack….after all you have a year to achieve these goals….coming back a few times isn’t so bad….right?
