Willow Lansky is in the karate dojo with Meiko Jane, and the orange belt is ready to test and belt up to her green belt. Meiko has Willow's green belt in hand but if Willow wants this belt she has to learn the foot cover technique. Meiko has Willow lay back and then raises her big and strong karateka feet. Meiko places her powerful feet on Willow's face, foot covering Willow. Meiko tells Willow to just take it, experience and learn as she struggles under Meiko's karate feet. Meiko raises her soles from Willow's face and changes her position, covering Willow more. If Willow can handle the lesson she will be belted in the end.
