Did you know plaster is heavy? I didn't, but when roll after roll of soaked plaster when up and down my leg I finally realised. It wasn't easy standing there for so long but thankfully I had a heel applied and my crutches close. The feeling of the moist plaster hardening and immobilising my ankle and knee is something I can't describe with words. Next time I'll try two LLWCs. I'm ready and with a bit of luck I'll finally get to try fiberglass. XOXO Nora
