Tisha is inside a doctor's office, waiting for her visit. The doctor leaves and Tisha is drawn to the defibrillator. She takes off her sweatshirt, takes out her stethoscope and starts listening to her heart. The game starts to get dangerous when the girl takes the AMBU and struggles to breathe. She attaches her heart to the monitor and begins to hear her heart via the louder and faster beeping of the monitor. She then starts massaging her chest vigorously as well and finally she places the plates on her chest and her powerful shocks leave her breathless. She faints for a short while. When she wakes up she strips completely and continues with her play. The shocks are more numerous, the compressions stronger.
