A fun custom I did with lots of lotion and LOTS of belly button and big belly! check it out! here is what he wanted- Pregnant belly button play with lotion :) Basically rubbing a decent amount of lotion all over your belly with a HUGE emphasis on your belly button! Maybe squirt some lotion directly into your bellybutton, and rubbing it in and massaging it with your finger? And please have fun with your belly/belly button, with jiggling, fingering, poking, stretching, squeezing, etc.
