In this 15 minute rope suspension video, I tie and suspend Ember Addams on a cold snowy day. This starts with a chest harness and futomomo, and I raise Ember into a side suspension. I then lower her upper body into an inversion from the single futomomo. Then I slowly lower Ember until she is resting on the freezing cold snow.
