Let me take you with me snorkelling. Instead of visiting beautiful reefs or looking for fish, I practice holding my breath. I like just floating around, enjoying the sense of weightlessness. All time spent in the water is time spent well. After some lovely little submersions, with and without my mask, I decide to go inside and do some dry breath holds on my bed. These go much better and I set a personal record which I have since surpassed. This one was filmed as a custom video.
