I can't go to bed and keep a schedule no matter what I try. Instead of actually resting, I just sit there and it's like my brain won't shut off. This leads to a lot of very sleepy days and a lot of yawning. It's been another of those days, very little time spent resting, and I'm just exhausted and yawning non-stop. I have huge yawns while I complain my inability to just lay down and take a nap.
