My head is vertically down while I wash my hair.I don't open my eyes while washing my hair .I shampoo my hair twice and rinse it with bark from the shower.Then I apply hair conditioner and rinse it after a few seconds,then I apply a special hair mask in liquid form,it is a new hair care that I bought recently,then rinse everything off with water.
