I tested my limits in this vlog and stretched my bladder to its max. Holding my pee from 9am to 11pm at night, having beverages throughout the day. I cant believe how much I was able to hold, but its never enough for me, the MORE the BETTER! If anyone has any tips on how they would stretch they're bladder, or if you have trained you're bladder to hold more pee, please let me know! If I can do even more, I want to do more. Even so, I had so much fun pushing my bodies limits and I hope you enjoyed watching me do it.
