In the beginning of this vid I tell you about how smoothly my plops have been going lately. I give you an update on how my bowels have been and how I worked all day without getting to go. My stomach was so grumbly! I vlog myself on the toilet from various angles as I go, bringing the camera close so you can really hear things. I also include some wiping. I pick up at the end for a part two once I realize my plop isn't over, and to my surprise, a HUGE and really loud fart slides out!
