Stella Ears, Nose, Throat, Heart and Lung Exam

Stella came to my office for a sore throat. During her interview, I found out that she had not had a full physical in about 3 years. I recommended that she needed a full physical and with some hesitation, she agreed. As part of her physical, I performed Eyes, Ears and Throat Exam, Heart and Lung exam.
