Roxie Rae is tired of her neighbors being loud and noisy all the time, banging on walls so she came up with the perfect plan to get revenge. Roxie has a room full of balloons and one by one she is going to pop them, interrupting their day. Roxie's bed is full of balloons and her floor too, and this brat thinks there are going to be 20-30 pops. One by one Roxie grabs her balloons and pops them, using her nails, squeezing them and sitting on them to pop. This should teach her loud neighbors next door.
