[06-2023] Sentina’s on location paramedic action clip continues following her bad fall. The paramedics try to stabilize her condition. She is intubated and hooked up to a 3-lead heart monitor with a BP cuff place. She looks stable and ready for transport. While ambu bagging her through the ET tube, the paramedic prep a sheet under her back to place her onto the stretcher. But the have to restart CPR. The paramedics perform deep and strong chest compressions and ambu bagging through the ET tube. The AED pads are placed, and they get results Her pulse is return to sinus. The med team cuts off her jeans and replaces the clips with adhesive electrodes, but the patient's heart goes Vfib. The paramedics start CPR again using the ResQCPR pump and more ambu bagging. The AED is also used again, but there is no responses. Following a few more cycles the patient’s pulse returns to normal rhythm again. Finally, the mead team places the patient onto the stretcher and lifts it up to a rolling position. However, very soon the patient’s heart flatlines again. They start one hand CPR on the stretcher with strong chest compressions. The AED is charged again but there is no response. Following a few cycles of resus, the patient’s heart returns to normal rhythm and she is stable enough to transport to the hospital.
