Em has been treated to some of her favourite foods and it shows! She shovels pizza, crisps, cake and fizzy pop down her throat, trying desperately to appease her insatiable appetite. It's not long before her shorts become uncomfortable, pushing against her flabby gut. She rolls them down and cradles her flabby overhang in her hands.
