you've been doing such a great job with our indoor sessions. I, Dr Wolfe, can feel the improvements in your way of feeling, thinking, and being. But I thought of something I think will be even more effective than meditating on My body. Today, I want you to meditate on My muscles-- becoming one with My physical, mental, and emotional strength, to the point that you feel yourself become as strong as I am. And we are going to have this session completely in nature. All you need to do is sit in one of the positions I taught you, and feel the healing effects of being with Me in the great outdoors.
