Sometimes you just need to stretch and relax. It cannot always be about sex all the time. Even if it is about sex, it only feels amazing when you have a full connection with your body. So join me for a little relaxing guided yoga session in my living room. Follow along with me as I do deep stretches and hold positions until my muscles melt. I do not get to do this enough, I should definitely do it more. My body feels amazing as I breathe and move through the motions but some of the positions get a little intense. Ending on a nice relaxing pose with some deep breathing means I am ready to face the day.
