Working out for that promotion - "Fitness exam determines getting the big raise:In order to qualify for your big raise you must perform a series of advanced exercises at progressively faster paced.The first exercise is wide stance jumping jacks.To perform these you'll need to place 2 marks on the floor spaced out 1meter apart.The 1st 2 sets are untimed but your feet need to land on the marks on each jumping jack.The next 3 sets your feet need to land on the marks and you must complete complete 10 jumping jacks in 12 seconds.Next exercise is (keeping both feet together) hopping from line to line doing 10 hops in 15 seconds or less (5sets)Do these while keeping your arms overhead.The last exercise is burpees that have been modified for your body.Instead of throwing your body on the floor in the middle,just put both hands on the floor and then explode up throwing your hands and body up as high as you can as you jump.Please wear the same or similar bikini as you did in the "graduation depends on fitness exam "video.Thank you!"
