Basically someone goes for a run or a walk wearing a gopro and shoots some nice scenery in one take. The idea is you stick it on the TV while you're on a treadmill for a bit of scenery. You know what would improve any scenery? Lucy and Ellys amazing asses in leading you! Trouble is you'd need a bit of footage and I know you're usually pretty short-form.
