my first time ever doing a hiit treadmill workout! even though i'm a beginner, i pushed myself as hard as i could alternating between fast runs, jobs, and walks. i never even stopped recording to take a break! i stayed with the 20 min workout the whole time, gradually getting sweatier and sweatier. the only time i get off the treadmill is a couple of times when i step off for a few seconds to get close to the camera and really show off my sweat!! by the end im panting hard and the sweat is literally rolling off my chin
