I appear uncomfortable, my belly large and wearing tight clothes. I remove my clothes because I can't breathe, leaving me there in bra and panties. I confess my secret to you: I am not actually pregnant! The Italian restaurant downtown lets pregnant ladies eat for free, so I said I was pregnant for the free food! But it got out of hand, I kept going back and eating more and more, it was making my belly grow bigger and bigger. I talk about all the different pastas I had, how delicious it all was. But I over-did it this time. My belly hurts, my skin feels tight, my stomach is heavy. I stifle a few burps, delicately rubbing my belly in pain. I ask you to get me some tums and keep talking to myself about how big I got and how I won't steal anymore just please...don't explode! The camera shows my big belly close up, and I keep asking for help, how I feel like I am going to pop! I am actually going to burst! Then the screen goes black and you hear....POP!
