Are you up for an experiment? I sit to pop balloons on a chair and on the floor. I pop balloons with the neck between my thighs, to the side, and pointing up. I use different methods to pop them as well. I lower my full weight (182 lbs) down until it bursts, bounce harder and harder until it bursts, and burst them with one big bounce. Finally, I do one b2p. I show you the shred results of my experiment.
