Due to the sedentary nature of my morbidly obese lifestyle, my doctor has recently put me on a workout routine of doing a seated version of three songs in a popular dance game (so many jiggles) and doing 30 leg lifts on each leg. I am so incredibly out of shape that I can't even get through the first workout fully, but I sure try hard.
