[10-2023] (English) Circus escape artist Candy's dramatic resus continues. She is hooked up to a 5-lead heart monitor with a BP cuff placed. Following a successful defibrillation, the patient starts gasping. Her breathing is loud and dramatic. The med team pushes the water from her lungs. As this occurs her body seizes, and her breathing is loud and chaotic. Soon her heart flatlines and the med team must restart resus. They perform dramatic deep and strong chest compressions and ambu bagging. The defibrillator is charged, and the patient reacts with Hollywood-style jumps. The med team places the CPR board under her back and continues the resus action with more cycles of CPR, ambu bagging and defibs. Soon the patient’s heart returns to sinus rhythm and the med team starts ambu bagging her in a dramatic scene. After the procedure they intubate her, affix the ET tube with tape and hook her up to the respirator. They cover her eyes with wet gauze. Following a detailed respirator scene, the patient tries to remove the gauze from her eyes. The video features deep and strong chest compressions, symptoms, and Hollywood-style defib reactions.
